Job Title: Centre Sales Manager (Level M1)

Function: Sales

Minimum Education: Graduate

Work Experience: 6 - 12 Years

Gender: Male / Female

Functional Reporting: Territory Sales Head / National Sales Head

Administrative Reporting: As per company structure

IT Knowledge: MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint


Key Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve weekly/monthly admission targets for the centre.

• Deliver persuasive sales presentations in targeted areas surrounding the assigned location.

• Conduct effective house calls to engage prospective students and parents.

• Oversee the admission process, documentation, batch scheduling, and deliver career-oriented seminars in

educational institutions.

• Manage data, lead the team efficiently, and prepare timely MIS reports.

• Address all student and parent inquiries through professional and effective counselling.

• Build and maintain productive relationships with Business Associates (BA).

• Regularly conduct STP (Sales Target Planning) and promotional activities for the centre.

Industry Exposure & Skills Required

• Strong communication and persuasive selling abilities.

• Proven leadership skills, team motivation, and ability to inspire high performance.

• Results-driven professional with consistent achievement in sales targets.

• Background in education industry preferred.
