Job Description As a Sales Business Development professional at URBAN PLUS, a trusted name in the Real Estate industry with over 20 years of experience, you will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting market research, and delivering exceptional customer service. Located in Gurugram, this full-time role requires you to build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and analyze market trends to shape effective sales strategies. Your key responsibilities will include cold calling to generate leads, scheduling and attending site visits, presenting project details, driving sales conversion through follow-ups, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the internal team to meet monthly and quarterly targets. To excel in this role, you must be a local candidate from Delhi NCR with a strong understanding of Gurgaon's real estate market and geography. Additionally, you must possess a two/four-wheeler vehicle, excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, and be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as an individual contributor. Immediate availability to join is also required for this position.,
