Role Overview

Sales & Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition for digital marketing services in the US and Europe
  • Build, manage, and close a strong B2B sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets
  • Lead discovery calls, presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions
  • Develop long-term client relationships and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Track, report, and forecast sales performance and revenue

Required Experience & Skills

  • 10-12 years of sales and business development experience
  • Mandatory experience in a digital marketing agency

  • Proven ability to sell digital marketing services to US and European clients
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working from office during US / Europe business hours
