the Role Overview We are looking for a senior Sales & Business Development Manager with strong digital marketing agency, experience to drive new business growth across the US and European markets . This is a revenue-focused role with high earning potential through a structured base, performance bonus, and unlimited commissions. Key Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition for digital marketing services in the US and Europe Build, manage, and close a strong B2B sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets Lead discovery calls, presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions Develop long-term client relationships and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Track, report, and forecast sales performance and revenue Required Experience & Skills 10-12 years of sales and business development experience Mandatory experience in a digital marketing agency Proven ability to sell digital marketing services to US and European clients Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles Excellent communication and negotiation skills Comfortable working from office during US / Europe business hours
