Sales & Business Development Manager Freight & Logistic

You are a driven and experienced Sales & Business Development professional sought after to join our team in the freight forwarding and logistics sector. Your primary responsibilities will include acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. You will drive domestic & international business in Freight, FTL/LTL, and 3PL solutions, meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. Your focus will be on customer acquisition, retention, and CRM, working closely with Pricing, Operations, and QHSE teams. Additionally, you will conduct route surveys, coordinate with vendors, and review quotes, manage escalations, approvals, and service issues, analyze market trends, and devise effective sales strategies. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships at all levels will be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 5-12 years of hands-on sales experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with a strong ability to influence and build relationships. As a self-starter with a high level of drive and effective time management skills, you will thrive in this dynamic role. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is required, and exposure to P&L understanding would be advantageous.,
