Job Description

You will be joining Domainxeed, a fast-growing digital solutions company specializing in Energy, Utilities, and Sustainability. As a Sales & Business Development professional, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business development and sales execution for software solutions and consulting services within the Energy & Utilities sector, particularly in the India Market. You will work towards expanding the company's presence among Energy & Utility (E&U) clients. Your role will involve building and nurturing client relationships with decision-makers in renewable energy, power distribution, transmission, and EPC companies. You will identify and convert qualified leads into revenue-generating deals, owning the end-to-end sales cycle. Additionally, you will represent Domainxeed in client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and industry events. Collaboration with product and delivery teams to align client needs with tailored solutions will be essential, along with reporting on pipeline progress and contributing to strategic go-to-market planning. To be successful in this role, you should have more than 4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development within the Energy & Utilities sector. A strong background in selling enterprise software solutions and consulting services, preferably in areas like APM, smart grid, analytics, or digital O&M, is required. An existing network of client relationships within utility companies, renewable developers, or EPC players will be advantageous. Demonstrated ability to convert opportunities into revenue, meet/exceed sales targets, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are crucial. An entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a growing and fast-moving environment is highly valued.
