Sales & Business Development

The Deputy Regional Manager Arthroscopy will support the Regional Manager in driving sales performance, managing key accounts, and ensuring the execution of strategic initiatives within the assigned territory. This role will involve close collaboration with hospitals, surgeons, channel partners, and the internal cross-functional team to expand market share and strengthen the Sironix brand in the arthroscopy space.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development
• Drive sales growth for arthroscopy products in the assigned region
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Team Support & Development
• Assist in mentoring and guiding Area Sales Managers/Executives
• Ensure team adherence to sales processes, reporting, and compliance
• Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key surgeons, hospitals, and decision-makers
• Provide product demonstrations and clinical support during procedures, as required
• Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Provide inputs for regional strategy, product positioning, and pricing
  Operational Excellence
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure product availability
• Ensure timely reporting through CRM systems and internal dashboards
