The Growth Consultant position is crucial for generating high-quality leads and nurturing them into our GenAI Leap program, which is designed to boost the careers of technology professionals. Please note that all new hires begin their journey as setters before progressing to the role of Growth Consultant.
1. Setter: All new hires start in this position, focusing on lead generation and appointment setting.
2. Growth Consultant: After demonstrating proficiency as a setter, employees can advance to this role with expanded responsibilities.
- A proactive and ambitious individual with a strong lead generation, sales, and marketing background. (Exceptional fresh graduates with a keen interest in working in sales are also welcome to apply.)
- Excellent communication skills, a keen analytical mind, and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Independent workers who thrive in a remote setting and have experience in the tech industry.
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A competitive starting monthly salary ranging from Rs.25000 to Rs.32000 as a setter, with the potential to increase to Rs 57000 within six months upon progression to Growth Consultant.
