Key Responsibilities: - Engage with architects, interior designers, contractors, and high-end clients to understand project requirements and provide tailored product recommendations. - Develop proposals and presentations showcasing premium marble and stone collections. - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure, ensuring a seamless client experience. - Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and internal departments for timely order execution. - Conduct technical discussions with contractors and provide on-site technical guidance when necessary. - Identify upcoming luxury projects and build relationships with key decision-makers in the industry. - Maintain detailed project pipelines, client interactions, and progress reports using CRM tools. - Provide regular sales forecasts and operational updates to management. Qualifications Required: - Educational Background: Preferably in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Experience: 5-10+ years in sales, operations, or project coordination within construction, real estate, interiors, or luxury building materials. - Strong understanding of technical drawings, BOQs, measurements, and site execution processes. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with high-net-worth individuals, architects, and project stakeholders. - Ability to balance sales targets with technical precision and client satisfaction. - Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury design and execution.
