Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Position Overview

We are seeking a target-driven B2B Sales Professional to develop and manage business relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven experience in B2B sales, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

• Identify potential corporate clients and new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and industry events.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely service delivery.

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demos.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track progress against targets.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Update CRM systems with client interactions, leads, and deal status.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design campaigns and offers.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and provide insights to management.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in corporate or enterprise markets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet revenue goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
• High energy, result-oriented mindset, and customer-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
