Key Responsibilities: Maintain the overall health and appearance of lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, and landscaped areas Plant, water, fertilize, prune, and trim vegetation according to seasonal needs Identify and address issues related to plant diseases and pest infestations Operate and maintain gardening tools, machinery, and irrigation systems Keep outdoor areas clean, safe, and well-organized Perform seasonal maintenance tasks such as mulching, raking, and debris removal Monitor plant health and recommend necessary enhancements or replacements Requirements: Based out of Delhi NCR Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or a similar role Solid understanding of plant care, horticultural techniques, and basic pest control Proficient in the use and upkeep of gardening tools and machinery Physically capable of performing outdoor labor in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and an appreciation for aesthetic landscaping Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
