Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a B2B Sales position at Chaperone. The Sales B2B role involves daily responsibilities such as identifying and approaching potential business clients, conducting sales presentations, fostering and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing sales processes from initiation to completion.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability and enthusiasm for Training and coaching team members
• Proficiency in identifying opportunities and developing actions to achieve sales goals
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the plant care or gardening industry is a plus
