Gardener

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Gardener to help maintain and enhance the beauty of our outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for plants and landscapes, a strong eye for detail, and hands-on experience caring for a wide range of greenery including lawns, trees, and ornamental plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the overall health and appearance of lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, and landscaped areas

• Plant, water, fertilize, prune, and trim vegetation according to seasonal needs
• 
  
• Identify and address issues related to plant diseases and pest infestations
• 
  
• Operate and maintain gardening tools, machinery, and irrigation systems
• 
  
• Keep outdoor areas clean, safe, and well-organized
• 
  
• Perform seasonal maintenance tasks such as mulching, raking, and debris removal
• 
  
• Monitor plant health and recommend necessary enhancements or replacements

Requirements:

• Based out of Delhi NCR
• 
  
• Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or a similar role
• 
  
• Solid understanding of plant care, horticultural techniques, and basic pest control
• 
  
• Proficient in the use and upkeep of gardening tools and machinery
• 
  
• Physically capable of performing outdoor labor in varying weather conditions
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and an appreciation for aesthetic landscaping
• 
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
