Gardener profile and job description:
- daily cleaning at nursery
- watering plants
- cleaning of dead leaves
- cleaning of office
- activities relating to gardening such as potting of plants, watering plants, fertilising, handling and working with soil/mitti, lifting and moving plants and pots.
- deliveries of plants and pots to clients homes and arranging them properly
- loading /unloading of plants and pots and other garden inventory
- garden maintenance activities at sites. Daily visit and perform gardening duties at clients (homes/office/cafe/restaurant/shop/commercial building) as per guidelines.
- traveling is part of the job so candidates should be able to operate google maps, WhatsApp , use smart phone, able to read and write address.
- they shouldn’t be familiar with local transport and train travel
- candidate should be able to speak Hindi and/or marathi. Understanding English will be plus
- 2 holidays per month
- timings 10 am to 7:30 pm Monday to Thursday; 10 am to 8 pm Friday to Sunday
- candidate preferably should live close to nursery and shouldn’t travel from far away location
- starting salary for fresher is 10,000/- to 12,000/- (depends on his knowledge or ability to learn)
- experienced person 14,000 to 18,000/- (depending on past experience , knowledge and ability to manage
