Role Overview:
Were hiring a B2B Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to drive corporate sales, build client relationships, and deliver customized green solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach B2B clients (corporates, real estate, hospitality, event planners).
Develop tailored solutions like plant installations and maintenance packages.
Build long-term client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Meet sales targets and maintain records using CRM tools.
Key Requirements:
1+ year of B2B sales experience (preferably in plants/nursery/landscaping).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven sales performance and familiarity with CRM tools.
Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing or related fields.
Passion for sustainability is a plus.
