Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for driving growth in the water and wastewater industry? Do you thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing deals? If so, we want you on our team!


Educational Qualifications and skills: Diploma or B.E-In Civil, Environmental or Mechanical

Knowledge of industry. Preference will be given to candidates from same industry.

Experience in managing key accounts and building customer relationships.


Hybrid model working.


🚀 Your Mission:
  • Achieve & exceed the FY25-26 sales targets for our cutting-edge WWG (Water & Wastewater) products.
  • Hunt & Farm – Identify new clients while nurturing relationships with existing ones, including consultants, government bodies (Jal Boards), OEMs, EPCs, and top-tier contractors.
  • Be a Market Pioneer – Conduct research, analyze competitors, and unlock untapped business opportunities in Gujarat, South Rajasthan, and Central/South MP.
  • Master Negotiator – Craft compelling proposals, deliver winning presentations, and seal deals with finesse.
  • Customer Champion – Resolve escalated issues swiftly, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strategic Planner – Develop and execute sales strategies in sync with the HOD, keeping meticulous records of every move.

  • A hunter’s mindset with a knack for relationship-building.
  • Experience in B2B sales within water/wastewater, infrastructure, or related sectors.
  • Strong connections with government bodies, OEMs, and EPC contractors (a huge plus!).
  • Willingness to travel extensively and own your territory like a pro.
  • Analytical prowess to track market trends and outmaneuver competitors.
