Die/Mould Fitter

Job Title: DIE/MOULD FITTER

Your Mission: Assemble and fit parts of dies according to specifications

• Inspect and verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts using measuring instruments

• Repair and maintain dies to ensure they are in good working condition

• Troubleshoot and identify problems in dies and propose solutions

• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve the performance of dyes

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand die specifications

• Operate and maintain various tools and equipment necessary for the job and adhere to safety regulations

• Educational Qualifications and skills: · Must have a ITI/ CIPET or equivalent.

• Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a die fitter.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Should be able to use hand and power tools proficiently.

• Familiarity with different types of dies , moulds, and tooling equipment.
