Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard insurance agents/advisors

    to build a strong agency network.
  • Drive health insurance sales through the agency channel by providing continuous support and motivation to agents.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills of agents.
  • Ensure agents adhere to compliance, quality standards, and ethical sales practices.
  • Monitor agent performance, manage productivity, and help them achieve individual targets.
  • Identify high-potential agents for promotion to leadership roles (e.g., team leaders, unit managers).
  • Plan and execute local promotional activities and sales drives to attract customers.
  • Maintain regular communication with agents to address grievances, product queries, and provide updates.
  • Report sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Stay updated on competitor products, regulatory changes, and industry trends
