Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Delhi, India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for daily tasks including customer engagement, product demonstrations, order processing, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge. The role involves assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining the showroom and participating in promotional activities.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience and ability to handle customer inquiries
Sales and marketing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools
Previous experience in retail or home furnishings is a plus
