Roles and Responsibility Generate and qualify sales leads through calls, meetings, events, and referrals. Present company offerings, explain value propositions, and handle customer inquiries. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities. Support customers through the sales process, including negotiations and documentation. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth sales execution. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on lead status and conversions. Conduct basic market research to identify trends and new business opportunities. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; diploma or graduate preferred. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service. Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Presentable appearance and a customer-oriented mindset.
