To excel in this role, you should have experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Lead Generation. Strong Customer Service and Relationship Management skills are essential, along with excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills. You must be able to meet Sales Targets, handle multiple client accounts, and be familiar with CRM software and Sales metrics tracking. Being detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently is crucial. Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is optional.
