Sales Associate - US Staffing

Role Description:

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate (US/Night Shift) located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
• The Sales Associate will guide international candidates (primarily OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, and H1B professionals) throughout the recruitment and placement process. You will be responsible for understanding their skills, career goals, and aspirations, and matching them with suitable job opportunities across the U.S. market.
• You will work closely with the internal Bench Sales and Recruiting team, help candidates with profile branding, job marketing, interview preparation, and onboarding, and ensure a seamless experience between candidates, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with candidates (OPT/STEM OPT/H1B) to understand their skills, experience, and career goals.
• Assist in resume enhancement, LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation.
• Coordinate with Bench Sales Recruiters for candidate marketing, submission, and placement updates.
• Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions, job progress, and feedback using internal CRM tools.
• Build long-term professional relationships with consultants and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Support compliance processes such as I-983 training plans, E-Verify checks, and onboarding documentation.
• Provide weekly performance and marketing reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Prior experience in Career Advising, U.S. Recruitment, or Bench Sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. work visas (OPT, CPT, H1B, STEM OPT, etc.) is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a night shift (U.S. time zone).
• Ability to handle multiple candidates and maintain organized follow-ups.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
