Job Summary:

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs.
Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing.
Maintain a thorough understanding of sales processes and company offerings.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Keep sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience (03 years) in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS or CRM systems.
