Role Summary: The Agency Business Partner is responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading a team of insurance advisors to generate business and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors
• Train and develop advisors on products and sales skills
• Drive sales through the advisor team
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with customers
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory norms

**Desired Candidate Profile: **

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales (preferably in insurance, BFSI, or financial services).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about sales.
