Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at SpazioLiv, a premium interior design & product brand in Pune (Baner), your role will involve engaging with walk-in and referred clients to present SpazioLiv's offerings. You will need to understand customer requirements and propose suitable design/product solutions. Your coordination with the design & pre-sales team is crucial to ensure a smooth client journey. Building strong relationships with high-value customers and channel partners is key, along with maintaining lead updates in trackers/CRM to achieve monthly sales targets. Additionally, you will represent SpazioLiv at site visits, meetings, and brand events. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with walk-in and referred clients, present SpazioLiv's offerings. - Understand customer requirements and propose suitable design/product solutions. - Coordinate with the design & pre-sales team to ensure a smooth client journey. - Build strong relationships with high-value customers and channel partners. - Maintain lead updates in trackers/CRM and achieve monthly sales targets. - Represent SpazioLiv at site visits, meetings, and brand events. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for backgrounds in interior design, real estate, or luxury products. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Passion for interiors, design, and client experience. - Target-oriented with the ability to close deals confidently. - Immediate joiners are desirable.
