Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Kalol Taluka. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining insurance products, guiding customers through the application process, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include maintaining customer relationships, conducting follow-ups, participating in sales meetings, and providing excellent customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and the ability to learn quickly
• Recruitment of Insurance Agents
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in sales or insurance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
