The company facilitates over 15,000 transactions worth US1bn+ annually and has a global presence in markets such as the Middle East, Australia, and Canada. Square Yards leverages Data Analytics and VR tools to disrupt traditional marketplaces and is focused on building the first MLS in India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Associate role located in Gurugram at Square Yards. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, offering property solutions, closing sales deals, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions and maintaining detailed records of sales activities. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to negotiate and close sales deals Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills Knowledge of real estate industry trends and regulations Experience in sales or customer service roles Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Must have their own personal vehicle Must have sales experience Show more Show less
