Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Noida. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining the benefits of our educational programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Daily tasks include prospecting, following up with leads, giving presentations, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Associate will also provide excellent customer service and maintain up-to-date knowledge of NaviGrit’s offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and explain educational programs and their benefits
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
