Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a sales associate with India's largest chain of electronic goods. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing product information, and assisting in making purchase decisions. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining product displays, processing transactions, handling customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Associate will also participate in promotional activities and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Sales skills and the ability to achieve sales targets
• Product knowledge and the ability to effectively inform customers
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Higher secondary passout or graduate male required
• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
