Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Palghat. The Sales Associate will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include customer interactions, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the marketing team. The Sales Associate will also engage in product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure customer satisfaction and to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, particularly in the medical disposables industry
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
• Relevant educational background, such as a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Experience in product demonstrations and training sessions is a plus
• Local knowledge and language proficiency in Malayalam and English
