Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Indore. The Sales Associate will be responsible for:-

• Connect with online inquiries and transform them into bookings for our trips
• Achieve monthly sales targets and help grow our travel community
• Create strong relationships with travelers that keep them coming back
• Understand traveler preferences and recommend trips that fit their needs
• Follow up post-trip to collect reviews, feedback, and referrals
• Share details about destinations, itineraries, inclusions, and pricing
• Stay informed about trending destinations and competitor offerings
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, client interactions, and payments
• Help travelers navigate any issues professionally

Qualifications :

• Stellar communication skills
• Passion for travel that inspires others
• Customer-first attitude with ability to make clients feel special
• Strong multitasking abilities and teamwork orientation
• Knowledge of the travel industry (preferred but not required)
