Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Noida. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential sales opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting TradeIndia's value-added services. Daily tasks include conducting market research, handling customer inquiries, and closing sales deals. The Sales Associate will also work closely with the marketing and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and identify sales opportunities
• Customer relationship management and business development skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in B2B sales or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
