Job Description

You will be joining a dynamic and growing real estate firm specializing in residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional properties. At IKA Realty, we take pride in our client-first approach, deep market knowledge, and strong community connections. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties - Provide guidance throughout the property transaction process, including property tours, market analysis, and contract negotiations - Generate leads and build a pipeline through networking, referrals, and online platforms - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and local neighborhoods - Coordinate property showings, inspections, and closings - Collaborate closely with other agents, brokers, and support staff to ensure client satisfaction **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience as a real estate agent or a strong interest in starting a real estate career - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused - Ability to work independently and as part of a team In addition to the above, IKA Realty offers: - Competitive commission structure - Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development - Marketing and administrative support - Access to a collaborative team and modern tools - Flexible schedule and work-life balance Please note that the work schedule is full-time with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and a performance bonus.
