Key Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties Provide guidance through the property transaction process, including property tours, market analysis, and contract negotiations Generate leads and build a pipeline through networking, referrals, and online platforms Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and local neighborhoods Coordinate property showings, inspections, and closings Work closely with other agents, brokers, and support staff to ensure client satisfaction Requirements Proven experience as a real estate agent or a strong interest in starting a real estate career Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive commission structure Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development Marketing and administrative support Access to a collaborative team and modern tools Flexible schedule and work-life balance Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
