About the Role – Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Gokyo, you’ll be the face of our brand - helping customers find the right gear, sharing your passion for the outdoors, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.

Location: Vision One Mall, Wakad, Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting apparel, gear, and accessories.

• Share product knowledge and guide customers on technical features.

• Maintain store visual standards, merchandising, and inventory.

• Support sales targets and contribute to store performance.

• Foster a welcoming, helpful, and engaging environment.

What we’re looking for

• Retail & customer service experience (preferably in apparel/ outdoor clothing).

• Passion for outdoor adventure and active lifestyles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Energetic, approachable, and a team player.

• Based in Pimpri-Chinchwad/Wakad
