Role & Job Title: Sales Associate: School Partnerships (Entry-Level) Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (Face-to-face interview required) Employment Type: Full-time (2-year bond) Package: 3.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA Role Overview: As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the company in the field. You will engage with school administrators, pitch our programs, and support the closure of school partnerships. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers and individuals looking to build a career in EdTech sales, school outreach, and education impact. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily school visits, meeting with principals and decision-makers. Deliver compelling in-person presentations using approved sales materials. Understand school needs and align our offerings with their goals. Record daily visits and manage follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and revisit planning. Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding post-deal. Identify and document potential schools by region and board. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to field etiquette guidelines. Requirements: Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of work experience in field sales, marketing, or outreach. Strong verbal communication skills in English. Presentable, punctual, and self-motivated. Passion for education, youth impact, and field learning.
