Job Description

Job Title: Sales Associate - Field Sales (Commerce Business - LABS) Location: Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Ahmedabad Job Overview: We are seeking dynamic Sales Associates to join our field sales team and drive the growth of our commerce business (LABS) by targeting doctor clinics. The role involves both acquiring new accounts and managing existing ones, contributing to the expansion of our customer base and business revenue. About Ekacare: eka.care is a digitally enabled and connected healthcare ecosystem for better health outcomes. Founded by the co-founders of Goibibo and architects of Aarogya Setu, Eka care is a Bangalore-based health start-up that is building a technology platform by enabling everyone get better health outcomes problems for patients and doctors alike. We work on a suite of technologies in the Healthcare domain ranging from EMR for doctors to being one the most comprehensive Personal Health Record (PHR) application for consumers. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and acquire new doctor clinics as potential clients for our LABS business. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention. Proactively develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. Conduct field visits to understand client needs, deliver product presentations, and offer customized solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.) to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts. Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide insightful feedback and suggestions. Qualifications & Skills: Proven field sales experience, preferably in Diagnostics, FMCG, or Healthtech industries. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and achieve targets. Experience in building and maintaining client relationships. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
