We are looking for confident and communicative Sales Associate to help strengthen our engagement with clients and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and customers. This internship provides real-world experience in client servicing, communication management, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in maintaining regular communication with clients and understanding their requirements.● Support in preparing client reports, proposals, and follow-ups.● Coordinate between clients and internal departments to ensure timely project delivery.● Help in managing client feedback and improving satisfaction levels.● Maintain client databases and documentation.
Skills Required:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.● Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.● Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel (preferred).● Professional attitude, good listening skills, and customer-centric mindset.
