Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telesales Executives to join our Health Insurance Sales Team. The role involves calling potential customers, identifying their insurance needs, and recommending suitable health insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and explain health insurance plans.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policy options.
• Clearly explain policy benefits, premium details, exclusions, and the claim process.
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
• Maintain daily call logs, lead status updates, and customer records.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

For Freshers:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
• Confidence, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.

For Experienced Candidates:

• Six months to three years of telesales, health insurance, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in health insurance or financial product sales is an added advantage.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
