Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for driving business development by cultivating strong relationships with B2B partners such as Architects and Interior Designers. Your focus will be on building a consistent lead pipeline through strategic business development initiatives and collaborating with partners to successfully close deals. Taking ownership of leads from initiation to finalization will be a key aspect of your role. This will involve engaging with HNI and UHNI clients, understanding their needs, recommending appropriate natural stones, and securing deals. You will oversee the entire sales process, working closely with internal teams like Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure client satisfaction. In addition, you will be tasked with monitoring and analyzing sales performance against predefined targets, as well as interpreting market trends from regular reports. Continuous learning and development are encouraged, requiring you to stay updated on industry dynamics, consumer behavior, and regularly enhancing your communication and deal-closing skills, particularly with high-profile clients. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal abilities, effective negotiation tactics, conflict resolution expertise, and sharp analytical capabilities are also essential for success in this role. Qualifications for this role include a Master's Degree in Management, a minimum of 4 years of experience in Luxury Sales, or a genuine enthusiasm for the role and the organization.
