This is not just about scaling established channels — it’s about moving very problematic or stagnant channels from 0 to 1 . Key Responsibilities Diagnose growth challenges in underperforming YouTube channels. Develop and execute turnaround strategies to boost visibility, engagement, and subscriber growth. Optimize metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails) with precision for algorithmic traction. Research competitive and trending opportunities to create breakthrough content strategies. Collaborate closely with scriptwriters, editors, and designers to deliver impactful content. Monitor analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions quickly.
