Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, assisting with product selection, and managing billing transactions to ensure an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with store customers, ensuring a positive experience.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Assist with product selection and promote store offerings.
• Manage billing and payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is well-presented.
• Support team members in achieving daily/weekly sales targets.

Shift Options

• 10-hour shifts:
• 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 12-hour shifts:
• 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

(Flexible shift options can be discussed depending on candidate availability.)

Compensation & Terms

• CTC: Approx. ₹17,000 per month (inclusive of Provident Fund & ESIC).
• Weekly Off: One day between Monday and Sunday.
• Annual Paid Leave: Entitlement included.
• Probation Period: 1 month.
• Notice Period: 1 month post-probation.
