Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales pipelines, preparing sales reports, and presenting product features to potential clients. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.

• Experience in Client Relationships and Customer Service
• Skills in Market Research and Sales Strategy Development
• Proficiency in Sales Reporting and Pipeline Management
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Knowledge of the technology industry is beneficial
