Sales Associate

You will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers over the phone in a friendly and polite manner. Your role will involve identifying potential clients and generating leads for formwork products. It will be crucial to address all customer queries, provide excellent customer service, and assess their needs by offering assistance and information on product features. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting product demonstrations and presentations, as well as informing customers about the features, benefits, and advantages of our products are key tasks. As a Sales Associate, you will contribute to the team's sales goals by developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets. You will be required to keep track of sales data, prepare regular sales reports, and collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a similar sales role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships. Strong negotiation and closing skills, self-motivation, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Knowledge of formwork products and the construction industry is preferred. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the construction industry. The position requires 0 to 3 years of experience, offering a salary ranging from 2 Lac to 2 Lac 50 Thousand per annum.
