About the Role

As an Associate, you will help the company connect with clients, show them property options, and guide them to make the right investment decisions. This is the starting role in our sales team, where your hard work and performance will decide your growth.

What You Will Do

• Talk to potential clients and explain property details.
• Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits.
• Share project details like location, price, and benefits clearly with clients.
• Follow up with interested clients and help them close the deal.
• Keep good relationships with clients for future referrals and repeat business.
• Update your team leader daily about your work and progress.

Who Can Apply

• Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confidence to meet targets and achieve results.
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps/computers will be an advantage (not compulsory).

Earnings & Growth

Your earnings are performance-based:

• 0 – 299 Sq. Yards: ₹400 per Sq. Yard
• 300 – 699 Sq. Yards: ₹500 per Sq. Yard
• 700 – 1299 Sq. Yards: ₹600 per Sq. Yard

✔ Plus ₹100 extra per client visit (added to Senior Associate slab if applicable).

Growth Path:

Associate → Senior Associate → Executive → Senior Executive → Team Developer → Leader → Captain → Diamond → Channel Partner

Important Note

• Misusing slabs or breaking company rules may lead to loss of your position, and you will have to restart from Associate.
• Training and guidance will be provided by the company to help you perform better.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week

Work Location: In person
