Job Description

Sales Associate – FOS (Buyer FOS)

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Onboard buyers onto the platform through cold calls, referrals, and direct meetings.
Train and guide buyers to raise buying requirements (RFQs) on the platform.
Coordinate with the supply team for quotes and ensure maximum RFQ conversions.
Cross-sell platform-linked financial offerings to buyers.
Collect required documentation for financial offerings and liaise with lenders for quick limit setup.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Re-activate dormant accounts through regular meetings and product updates.
Promote portal subscription plans and other paid services to potential clients.
