Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Build and maintain relations with major clients and providing support to
Bakeries, Hotels, Restaurant, Cafes and supporting channel partners
in improving their performance through effective sales planning.
Ensure achievement of primary & secondary sales targets through distributors and business partners.
Plan daily visits to clients (
Bakeries, Restaurants, Hotels
) to understand local issues and provide solutions and technical guidance in consultation with culinary team.
Increase the number of outlets (Secondary Sales) to support distributors maximise their business.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, quality standards (FASSI), and ethical practices.
Work with culinary and other stakeholders to organize demos for product upselling and cross-selling at end-customer point.
Identify opportunities for expanding the
non-dairy cream business
into new markets or product segments, driving growth and market penetration.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of the
Non-Dairy Cream
market, consumer trends, and competitive landscape.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful business strategies.
