Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our products. Your primary responsibilities will include helping customers find the products that meet their needs, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales to contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, approachable manner.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend items based on customer needs and preferences.
• Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and promotions.
• Ensure that all customers have a positive shopping experience by resolving issues or complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Sales and Product Promotion:
• Actively engage in sales activities and achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Promote and upsell products, special offers, and loyalty programs to customers.
• Assist with product demonstrations, and ensure customers are informed about product features and benefits.
• Store Operations:
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure that products are properly tagged and labeled.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle returns or exchanges according to store policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with team members and management to ensure store targets are met.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other store-related activities.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on the latest products, services, and promotions offered by the store.
• Attend product training and actively seek to enhance knowledge about the product lineup.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required).
• Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
