Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Handle customer inquiries, share product information, prepare quotations, sales proposals, and assist in tender submissions, vendor registration.
  • Follow up with customers on orders, dispatch schedules, and payments
  • Maintaining the record of sales enquiries and the outcome of the sales enquiries,
  • Maintain customer databases, sales records, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, lead times, and order confirmation.
  • Prepare purchase orders and track material delivery status, GRN entry in the system.
  • Maintain the record of purchases, inventory management.

Qualification and Skill

Graduate in commerce or science. Good communication skills (written & verbal). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
