Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Assistant based in Patna, with some flexibility for work-from-home. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, maintaining records, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities will also include assisting with order processing, scheduling, and follow-ups with customers and vendors, as well as providing general administrative support for sales functions.


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients effectively
  • Excellent Communication and Sales skills to explain products or services and support sales activities
  • Well-developed Organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
